Retailers Association of India (RAI) & Retailers Association's Skill Council of India (RASCI) are hosting its 6th Annual Retail Industry HR Conclave - "Manning Modern Retailing - MMR 2012" at Mumbai on 4th October 2012 at Hotel Hyatt Regency Andheri (E), Mumbai.

The central theme of the conclave is "Building The Enabling Culture in Indian Retail: Reconciling Business Imperatives and Human Values". The objectives of the conclave are to identify and deliberate the cultural issues that impact the Indian Retail Industry, explore innovative ways of reconciling business objectives and organizational values, interact with business leaders about cultural expectations and exchange perspectives on culture building by multiple stakeholders including CEOs, CPOs, Academia, Thought Leaders and Operating Managers.

     RAI successfully organises Delhi Networking Meet 2012
 

Retailers in New Delhi witnessed a networking opportunity by Retailers Association of India on 14th Sep 2012 at The Lalit. The Meet was attended by key retailers. Mr. Vikram Bakshi, Managing Director & JV Partner of McDonalds India was the key note speaker at the Meet. He addressed the retailers at the Meet and spoke about the key activities of RAI which includes advocacy, retail training and learning activities and industry creation activities.

The retailers also got an opportunity to interact with Caroline Papadatos, Senior Vice-President at LoyaltyOne and a senior loyalty leader, with deep expertise in brand, marketing, CRM and customer management. LoyaltyOne hosted an interactive session Turning Retail Footfalls into Financial Gains at this Meet. LoyaltyOne - global leader on consumer insights & strategy, loyalty marketing and customer experience management.
