Objective:
The objectives of this certification program is to enable retail organizations and stores to develop quality trainers who are equipped to acquire, manage and disseminate knowledge required for various functions in a retail organization. The program will enable the trainer to scientifically develop and conduct need based training programs that will meet the specific training needs of the retailer

The RETAINER certification will involve three phases. On completion of each phase the trainer will receive appropriate certification as a trainer from Retailers Association of India (RAI). Certificate will be awarded to participants on successful Completion.

Retailers Association of India & Indira Gandhi National Open University offer three years BBA in Retailing - An opportunity to help the right people grow!

RAI-IGNOU`s 'BBA in Retailing' is a unique programme with University-Industry collaboration. The Programme has been developed by key retail industry experts and academicians.
