The first training programme conducted by rai was on Excellence in Store Operations (ESOps). ESOps is targeted towards enhancing retailing skills for ensuring higher retail productivity and profitability. ESOps has been conducted successfully in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai and Bangalore.

Periodical seminars on key issues of retailing are organized by rai across the country and these seminars will be knowledge sharing and standards benchmarking platforms for the retail industry.
